Sanibel Causeway Beaches

If you don't mind a little traffic noise with your beach relaxation, this is a great place for family picnics because you can park right on the beach and there are picnic tables and grills provided. Grab your real estate early in season and on holiday weekends. It costs $6 to get on to the causeway, but there are no beach parking fees after that.

This is THE place to windsurf and kite-surf in Southwest Florida. It's also a great place for fishing. Restrooms available.

Chris says: Most of the construction work has now been completed... replacing the causway. We do see people using the beaches, but we prefer to avoid the noise from the traffic and construction.
