Santa Cruz Northern Beaches in General
Address:
Santa Cruz County, California, USA
Category: C/O Potential
Driving along US 101 north out of Santa Cruz, look for cars parked in pulloffs along side the highway . . . the further north you go the better. Get to one with a dozen or so cars and you have likely stumbled upon one of the numerous, shifting clothing-optional traditional beaches below the bluffs that line this section of the highway.
The beaches are popular with the younger, college-set and change location all the time. But all of these beaches are wide and sandy.
In particular, try areas that are part of the numerous State Beaches as these beaches are covered by the famous Cahill Policy that states 'unless someone complains, leave em alone'.
