Severe car/bike/ped conflict

This is a spot where large numbers of cyclists enter and exit the bike/ped bridge. Not all cyclists are trail users, many use Water Street. Existing signage is vague for motorists. How about "right turn yield to cyclists", or "cyclists have right to roadway", or "cyclists entering roadway"? Share is a vague term and everyone has an idea what it means - not very good for me in court if I get hit.
