Ever since the Developer put in these houses, they forgot to add pavement to the shoulders to where now the Roadway goes into the Shoulder and there's no room to manauver forcing cyclist to enter into traffic lane. My advice, make the developer pay for the street improvements so Shoulder can still exist.
