Shusen no Mori is an 'industrial theme park', where many types of handicrafts are made, as well as seven different types of alcohol (sake, shochu, wine, local beer, liqueur, ...). You can try your hand at some of the local crafts, and sample some of the alcohol.
It's possible to book a tour, but that may likely require a Japanese-speaking assistant. There are different-language pamphlets available.
