Add the end of the bridleway, climb the stile and turn left and sit on the stone seat. Enjoy the views along the valley. The uneven mound next to the stone seat marks part of an old quarry.

Now walk back to the stile and walk straight ahead to the next stile, keeping the hedge on your right. Climb this stile and continue ahead following the line of the hedge to the next stile. Continue following the hedge until you reach a short stone wall will good examples of ammonites. Then walk diagonally downwards until you reach another stile.
