Southworth Farm is a charmingly restored 1914 farmhouse nestled on six delightful acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Located on the Kitsap Peninsula less than two miles from the Southworth Ferry dock, Southworth Farm offers easy access to Downtown Seattle, the Olympics, and local beaches.

Owners John and Kay Luoma have spent five years lovingly restoring the grounds and farmhouse to their original old world condition. A showplace of roses, flowering trees, and perennial gardens, the grounds include a picturesque old barn, a potting shed, lush meadows, and an orchard with a circular stone amphitheater for reading, sunning, yoga, and meditations. At the edge of the orchard is the clothing-optional spa, where you are invited to unwind as you take steam in the authentic Finnish sauna and soak in the traditional Japanese hot soaking pool.

Decorated with beautiful period furnishings, the farmhouse has a large sitting room with a fireplace where guests can socialize and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the home. The farmhouse has four bedrooms; the Madrona Suite, the Rose Room, and the Rhododendron Room on the second floor. The Laurel Room is on the first floor. The Madrona Suite includes a sitting room with a partial view of the water and mountains. The Rose Room includes a partial view sitting room. The Rhododendron Room overlooks some of the gardens. The upstairs 3 rooms share a common bathroom with tub and shower. There is a half bath off the downstairs bedroom and there are showers in the sauna building.
