Renfrew Street
Ludwig van Beethoven (1770-1827) was a famous composer who wrote many symphonies and sonatas for orchestras. He became deaf during his old-age, but still retained his place as the most important composer of his day. This bust of him sits on the top of an old piano store on Renfrew Street. The shop is now closed, and so it seems odd that this powerful head stares out over the street from the roof.
