Nice site with mostly work boats. There's a sign that says "Still The Harbor" on the south side of Windmill Point Road 2.2 miles east of the stoplight in White Stone. No official boat ramp, but work is underway to improve the bulkheads and the pier. This marina gives access to Mosquito Creek and the nearby sand islands in the Rappahannock River.
