Mossman police are investigating the theft of approximately 450 litres of diesel from a work compound in Thomas Street Mossman sometime between 4.30pm on Wednesday August 17 and 6am yesterday. A chain wire fence was damaged to gain access to the compound where two vehicles had diesel siphoned from their fuel tanks. It is believed a vehicle has been used to remove the large quantity of diesel.
