Phone orders, Regional Market in Syracuse (Saturdays 7am-2pm year-round), and ship nation-wide. Beef, pork, lamb, veal, turkey (heritage and white), broiler and stewing chickens, and fresh brown eggs. All pasture-raised, free of any antibiotics or hormones, pesticides or herbicides. Beef and lamb is completely grass fed, while other livestock is supplemented with grains raised organically. Meat is USDA inspected, vaccuum packed and frozen.
