"Quincy" is the kind of cat everyone wants -- he is super-friendly, laid-back, tolerant, and loves everybody. In fact, I think he thinks he's a dog. He's the kitty who will run to greet you, and anyone else who comes to your home, and climb right in your/their lap and make himself at home. :-) He was rescued from the streets of South Baltimore, emaciated and infested with fleas, but is now a handsome and healthy house kitty just looking for a pad to call his own! He is offered for adoption via the Feline Rescue Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and his adoption fee is $90.

Quincy is neutered, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, tested negative for FIV/feline leukemia, and is microchipped. He also comes with a free 30-day health plan.

He loves to sit in your lap or be held, and you can even drape him over your shoulders and walk around wearing him like a scarf. :-) He likes other cats and my Labrador, and would probably be great with kids. He is a very BIG boy, but is slim and trim... just very loooooong. (His nickname is Slinky!) He's a very handsome brown tabby with BIG yellow eyes.

Quincy would do great in any home, and will make someone an absolutely fantastic companion. He is quite young, only about a year and a half old. His one fault is that he is a bit of an escape artist -- he likes to dart out doors he's not supposed to go through -- so his new owner will need to be careful to make sure he doesn't slip outside unnoticed and get lost.

Everyone who has met this cat loves him, and he's been waiting a long time now for a real home!
