Tabby - Black Silver - 8/24/09

A small grey/black striped kitty (I think its a female, or possibly a fixed male) showed up behind my house late last week. I thought she may be an indoor/outdoor cat belonging to someone in the neighborhood, but she seemed like she was very hungry and has been living under a shed, so I don't think she has a home. She is very friendly and is wearing no collar though it looks like she may have been wearing a collar at some point. I don't think she is a stray or feral, she came up to me with some coaxing and was perfectly used to eating kibble out of a bowl. Kinda smallish, could be a year or less old, and skinny, but I don't know how long she has been on her own. I did not bring her in the house, she is living in my backyard until I can have her checked at a vet, but I'd like to find her owner first if she has one.
