Tahoe Area Naturists is a loosely organized group of dedicated nude sunbathers who frequent a particular secluded beach on the east shore of Lake Tahoe. They publish a bi-monthly nudes-letter informing beach goers of scheduled potluck beach parties.
The Tahoe Area Naturists have been active in naturist causes, including testifying (along with NAC) against Nevada's ill-advised anti-nudity law; and in appealing (and reversing) National Forest actions to prohibit off-highway parking in the areas frequented by naturists.
