Review: Room Hire: Lounge/bar - max £60 a day, on a sliding scale for community/voluntary sector and private/professional sector. Main Hall £80 max. Onsite catering available. Photocopying: free on quantities under 100 sheets. Office Space: 5 offices all fully booked, rent varies from group to group - driven by charity commission. Advice: signposting and support given to new community groups setting up i.e. governance and policy documents. Other services: will help community groups with fundraising and run activities. Notes: They do not run classes from the centre as the landlords currently run IT, training and advice in a unit close by. They have agreed not to duplicate.

Description: Tamar View Community Complex comprises of a large range of facilities from privite functions, to training events and conferences.

COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTRE (CRC)
The CRC offers a large hall which is an ideal venue for meetings, conferences, training courses and fitness classes with seating for up to 100 people with a staged area at one end.

TAMAR FUNCTION SUITE
With spectacular views overlooking the rivers Tamar and Lynher from a large patio accessible from the room; this is an ideal and popular location for weddings, christenings, private parties, training and conferences.

ACTIVITIES AREA / DANCEFLOOR
This area connects all rooms, providing a games area of pool table and dartboard or alternatively provides a multi-function room including dance floor.

LYNHER LOUNGE
This is the main room for evening entertainment & daytime facilities, this area is reserved for use by the membership, patio doors open to an outside grassed play and BBQ area.
