*To develop teacher technology mentors who can lead and support their building colleagues in the development and implementation of technology-infused lessons and units.
*To support the professional development of teachers to effectively utilize a variety of digital tools to support teaching, and the development of a learning community with such a focus.
*To assist teachers in conducting classroom-based action research to document the effective use of technology to support teaching and learning.
