Temple with cave

This temple, in the wilderness between Katsuura and Kamikatsu, is located way up on a hill and includes a small cave located about a 20 minute walk uphill behind the temple. Visitors to the cave must pay 1000 yen, and use a white robe and a candle to tour the cave. Led by a guide, the entire cave is quite small and offers many a tight squeeze. Not for the claustrophobic!
