Temporary drains causing a bump

This may not qualify but, on 35W Northbound inbetween 60th st ramp and 46th St ramp on the far right lane there are huge temporary drains for the sewer...maybe it's just me but my car gets a hell of a rattle from those, there are 3 of them right in a row...If you're going to do something like that, can't you make it smooth?
