The Little Girl Ghost of Wem Town Hall

In 1995 the Wem Town Hall (Shropshire, England) went up in flames. Firefighters struggled to bring the blaze under control and save what they could of the 90 year old building. An amateur photographer took photos of the burning building from across the street, and when they were developed, the image of a little girl was plain to see.

It is said that a young girl had caused a fire near this location several centuries earlier... Could it be her ghost who haunts this building?
