Built in 1867 by The Pacific Mail Steamship Company as its main distribution point for coffee, tea, rice, and silk from the Orient, the Oriental Warehouse is a classic San Francisco loft building.

In 1996, the Oriental Warehouse was converted into 66 lofts and has been a favorite in San Francisco ever since. The Oriental Warehouse was one of the first real conversion loft buildings in San Francisco's South Beach neighborhood.

Located in the heart of South Beach residents enjoy some of the best weather in San Francisco.
