The Perk - 101 West Liberty

101 West Liberty is right in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor and used to be occupied by the Ann Arbor raquetball club. Purchased by Amvest Properties in 1998, the building was converted to a mixed use property with both retail tenants and 12 luxury loft apartments. The design and construction team incorporated the incredibly high ceilings and even the hardwood floors of the old racquetball facility.
