This approved conversion project is the rehabilitation and conversion of a historical seven story building.
Renovation will create 67 residential units and as much as 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The anticipated timeline for completion of the project is 18 months.

The Wilson Building, originally constructed in 1901, was one of the hardy survivors of the 1906 earthquake and ensuing fires with negligible damage. Almost all of the tiling on the front of the building remained undamaged and the building was reconstructed and refurbished a short while later.
The building went on to endure the 1989 earthquake also with no damage at all, and is listed and registered as a historic building in the city of San Francisco.
