Theft of motor car, Parramatta Park

Investigations are underway into the theft of a car from a Queens Street address early this morning. Thieves stole the vehicle keys from the unsecured dwelling at around 3am before removing the vehicle from a carport. Police located the vehicle a short distance away and it was towed from the scene for forensic examination. Residents are again reminded to take steps to secure their vehicle keys to prevent opportunistic theft.
