Police are investigating the theft of a Toyota sedan from a car park at Johnston Road at Mossman on Friday night. The vehicle had been left unlocked with the keys inside when it was stolen at about 10.30pm. Police later located the vehicle on Gorge Road and it was returned to the owner. Police are reminding owners to take basic security precautions to avoid opportunistic theft.
