A hasty decision to leave his car unlocked with the keys in the ignition was a costly one for a 31-year-old Bowen man yesterday. At about 1.30pm the man parked his car outside an Aumuller Street business and went inside, only to return a short time late to find his car missing. The vehicle is described as being a black 1996 Holden Commodore sedan and when stolen was bearing Queensland registration 129LPX. Police investigations are continuing.
