Three-way Intersection near Phipps and Schenley Park Visitors Center

For the safety of bikes and pedestrians at this popular location within Schenley Park, I think that this intersection should be marked as a three-way stop rather than with exceptions like "right turn keep moving". There is certainly room at this intersection to accommodate for better bike and pedestrian infrastructure compared to what exists now, like three separate crosswalks.
