Time Escape, located at Navy Pier, is an exciting time travel ride that combines eye-popping 3-D projections, state -of-the-art computer graphics, incredible live special effects, robotics and high impact motion simulation to create an unforgettable adventure through the past, present and future of Chicago. This adventure will take you all the way back to 85 million B.C. on the shores of Lake Michigan and as far as the year 2333 in the congested air space of downtown's high-tech future.

Upon entering the observation deck of the time transport, a robot will explain the rules and regulations for your time travel adventure. You will then go through the jetway to the three-screen 3D theater to begin the time travel, starting back at 85 million B.C., proceeding to the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, then to the 1933 World's Fair. After an "event" causes damage to the time machine, the adventure continues on an escape pod, which takes you to the year 2333.

Time Escape is the only 3D motion simulation experience in Chicago. Please note that there is a 42" height restriction. The adventure lasts 15-20 minutes, with departures every 10 minutes.
