Tokyo Opera City Tower opened in 1996. It holds the New National Theatre, Tokyo Opera City Tower, NTT Inter Communication Center (ICC), plus some additional shops. The Opera City has three concert halls. The NTT Inter Communication Center (ICC) is a museum run by Japan's largest telecom firm. Tokyo Opera City Tower is located in Nishi-shinjuku.
