The goal was to produce wines that they would like to drink ourselves. “Wines that are enjoyed with food just as much as friends,” Success marks their first year with five wines and a cassis sweetened with honey, not sugar. Their Cabernet Franc has been well received by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Tousey Winery is a proud member of the Hudson Berkshire Beverage Trail.
