Traffic crash involving high range drink driver, Smithfield

A 33-year-old Smithfield woman is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court later this month after being charged with drink driving. Police allege the woman crashed a station wagon into a utility which was parked in Cumberland Avenue about 3am on Sunday. It is also alleged that the woman returned a breath alcohol reading of .109%.
