A 35-year-old Trinity Beach man is due to appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court later this month after being charged for driving a motor vehicle whilst under the influence of liquor. Police allege the man crashed his Nissan sedan through the front fence of a Petersen Street residence at about 3.30am on Thursday. It is also alleged that the man returned a breath alcohol reading of .171%.
