Traffic Signals need rephasing

This whole junction is out of phase. The green on dartmouth heading north is far to quick to turn, after the red on St James street turns. So when cars jump the light on st james st, or even the yellow, they're meeting cars taking the green on dartmouth and heading into the pike. On a bike, this is nightmare
