A 42-year-old Innisfail man will face Cairns Magistrates court on the January 29 after he was intercepted by police around 9.30 last night on Gordon Street, Gordonvale. Police will allege that man was driving with a breath alcohol concentration of 0.203%. The man’s licence was immediately suspended and he was charged with driving whilst under the influence of liquor or a drug (UIL).
