"The best damn milkshakes ever" along with more ice-cream and ice-cream flavors "than a dog has fleas" creates "lines around the corner in warm weather" at these kosher franchise favorites sprinkled throughout Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island; some call it "a poor man's Ralphs" and "not the Ice King by a long shot", but the bottom line is "it's NY, it's Italian ice, and it's cheap - 'nuff said."
