Detectives have charged a 28-year-old Woree man with one count of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. It is alleged a Hyundai station wagon was stolen from a Bentley Park home sometime after 9pm yesterday after the keys were left in the unlocked car. The man was intercepted by police at about 1am today in the stolen vehicle in Toogood Road, Woree. He will appear in the Cairns Magistrates Court on November 25.
