US 48 west end, Weston WV

Virginia has signed their short segment of this route pretty much since it was commissioned (2002), but WV's first US 48 signs weren't installed until 2010, and that was only on a newly-completed segment near the VA line. Not sure when US 48 will be signed all the way west to its terminus here.
