Police are investigating the theft and arson of a Mazda hatchback sedan from an Ishmael Road unit between 6.30pm and 10pm on May 18. Police believe that unknown offender/s gained entry to the unit via an unlocked door before stealing a set of vehicle keys and the owner’s Mazda hatchback. Police located the burnt out vehicle on Machans Beach access road in the early hours of May 19.
