Vehicles Parked On Good Luck Hamper Bicyclists

Vehicles are often parked on the breakdown lanes in this area of Good Luck Road, forcing cyclists into the vehicle traffic stream. It is also difficult to see if someone is about to drive off the breakdown lane and into the traffic or if someone is about to shove their car doors open. Good Luck is very heavily trafficked and vehicle parking should be banned on the roadside.
