The Village of Chatham once acted as a hub for the three major railroads in the Northeast. The Rutland Railroad, the Boston and Albany and the New York Central.
Today, the Village of Chatham offers a retail-driven Main Street and various entertainment with the MacHaydn Theater and the Columbia County Fair.
