Wider bikes lanes?

Mass ave bridge is overly wide. It doesn't really need two lanes dedicated to cars in both directions, as it's reasonably quiet. The bike lane is very narrow and given cars treat the bridge like a drag strip, quite un-nerving. Removing one car lane and making the bikelane wider would calm the traffic and make the bridge safer and more attractive to bikes and peds.
