One of the early auto courts in Phoenix. It had "cabins and trailers" for weary travelers. I guess this came after Camp Montezuma. Had a water tower and windmil. This location is basically where the Indian "La Ciudad" ruins were located. Up into the 1920s, when this was still Camp Montezuma and then later Winter Gardens and Tent City, the Hohokam mounds were very much visible.
