Woman in Minivan narrowly misses 6-yr old in pedestrian/recreation lane

Middle-aged woman driving a light green Nissan minivan (VA tag 3600 JB) was speeding along the recreation loop at Ft Hunt Park. She approached my son and I on bicycle, just at the transition from two-way to one-way traffic. The driver (1) changed lanes at the intersection to the parking lot entry, (2) into the pedestrians-only lane, (3) narrowly missing my 6-yr old son, and (4) continued to the next parking area at speed.
