Located across from the Confucius Temple (Kong Mao) and just down the street from the Lama Temple, Xu Xiang Zhai has an extensive menu, but most people go there for the huge all-you-can-eat buffet. A wide range of dishes -- with new ones appearing frequently -- including made-to-order hand rolls. Mock meats are featured heavily, but there are enough vegetables with them and pure vegetable dishes to satisfy a range of tastes. Fresh fruit and desserts are included.
