Detectives from the Cairns Child Protection and Investigation Unit charged a 13-year-old Manoora youth with wilful damage offences yesterday afternoon. The youth allegedly applied graffiti to tables at the Cairns Base Hospital as well as a Grafton Street medical centre. He will be dealt with under the provisions of the Juvenile Justice Act.
