Police have charged a 16-year-old Whitfield boy with a total of 55 offences of willful damage following investigations into numerous graffiti offences committed in the Edge Hill and Whitfield area over the past month. The boy was charged on Tuesday and will be dealt with under the provisions of The Youth Justice Act 1992.
