Youth charged over high school break and enters

Detectives from the Cairns Property Crime Squad charged a 14-year-old Woree boy with two counts of breaking and entering a premise and three counts of wilful damage yesterday. The charges follow an investigation into a number of incidents at a Trinity Bay high school last month where entry was allegedly forced to a number of rooms and graffiti was applied to exterior walls. The boy will be dealt with under the provisions of The Youth Justice Act 1992.
