olice arrested and charged an 11-year-old Bentley Park boy following the alleged theft of a mobile phone from a Robert Road residence on Tuesday night. It is alleged the boy was invited into the house and subsequently stole the woman’s phone before fleeing. Police located the boy a short time later and a mobile phone was allegedly recovered. The boy was charged with stealing and will be dealt with under the provisions of The Youth Justice Act 1992.
