Youth charged over vehicle theft, Woree

Detectives from the Child Protection and Investigation Unit yesterday charged a 15-year-old boy over the alleged theft of a truck from Woree on August 25. The boy was charged with three counts of unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, two counts of wilful damage and one count each of obstruct police and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He scheduled to appear at the Cairns Children’s Court this month. QP1000788648
