Police have charged a 13-year-old Westcourt boy after he allegedly armed himself with a small kitchen knife during an altercation with another youth near Brophy Street on May 16. No-one was injured in the incident, the youth was charged with common assault, possession of a knife in a public place and burglary, he will be dealt with under the provisions of Youth Justices Act.
