Morro Bay, CA (Day 3)
Entertainment
After visiting the aquarium, we drove down to Morro Bay, Montana de Oro campground to camp. We thought we had to hike in 2 miles with our stuff. Worst of all, it was raining! When we got there, we could drive and park right at our campsite. What a relief! When light broke, the view was beautiful!
Morro Bay, CA
After waking up early, I hopped on my bike and quickly found a nice trail that went right around the bluff of the coast.
The view was incredible. The water was so clear and blue.
The weather was beautiful. Our camp host said that the weather in Morro Bay is like this all year long. Move?
The trail led right to the beach. I rode down the trail, carried my bike a flight of stairs, and visited the tide pools.
The rock formations were incredible!
